We are back to
tell you how your favourite shows are faring on the leader board. To begin
with, Week 8 (February 17-23) saw a new entry – Nimki Mukhiya. The Star Bharat
show stars Bhumika Gurung, Abhishek Sharma and Indraneil
Sengupta in lead roles and tells the tale of carefree, materialistic,
narcissist girl Nimki (Bhumika) who accidentally becomes
the Mukhiya (chief) of a village in Bihar and eventually marries the
former chief’s son.
Nimki Mukhiya came
in at No.10.

Another surprise
came in the form of Kumkum Bhagya, which dropped two positions this week. The
family drama stood at the fourth spot as opposed to a cool No.2 that it often
occupies.
However, its
spin-off Kundali Bhagya continued to be the most-watched show on Indian
television.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein
Taarak Mehta Ka
Ooltah Chashmah acquired the second spot this week. From the way the show has
managed to hold its might, it’s clear that the comedy show has become a family
staple.

Furthermore, Yeh
Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai showed marginal improvement in Week 8 and went from spot
9 to 8. It’s time makers infused a twist in the show considering it has been
scraping the bottom of the barrel for weeks now.

Divyanka
Tripathi-Karan Patel starrer Yeh Hai Mohabbatein soared by two positions and
was at a cool No. 3. On the other hand, Shakti- Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, which had
plummeted in Week 7 to No 10 has shot back and acquired the fifth spot. Kudos!
